ORAL ABSTRACT Presentations

Oral abstracts will be presented April 5-8 and range from 15 to 30 minute time slots. Here are some general guidelines for the oral presentations:

  • Abstracts should be presented in English.
  • Presentation titles should match the abstract title as it was submitted.
  • A speaker ready room will be available to test your presentation. Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive (aka, jump drive, thumb drive, portable drive).
  • Each session will have a moderator.
  • Your presentation should be loaded at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.
    • For example, if your session is from 8:30-10 a.m. and your presentation is at 9:45 a.m., have the presentation to the moderator by 8:15 a.m.
  • Presenters should allow time for questions and answers during the 15 minute time frame.
    • Please plan your talk to stay within the allotted time and be courteous of other presenters' time.
